1. About these terms
These terms set out the conditions for using LyricsBada (the “Service”), provided by JLeeLab (Alberta, Canada; “we”), and the rights and responsibilities of you and us.
2. The Service
The Service creates subtitle files (SRT, LRC) synced to a song, based on the audio and lyrics you upload. It is currently a free beta, and features and conditions may change.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 13 years old.
- Your account is for you only. You may not lend, share or sell it.
- You can delete your account at any time from My page.
4. Usage limits
- Free use is 3 songs per account per day (resetting at midnight Korea Standard Time, UTC+9), up to 10 minutes and 50MB per song.
- To keep the Service stable, songs are processed one at a time per account, and there may be daily caps per network and for the Service as a whole.
- Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools to get around limits may lead to restricted access.
5. Your content and rights
- You must have the right to use any audio and lyrics you upload. For example, songs made with Suno are subject to Suno’s terms.
- You (or the original rights holder) keep all rights to your audio, lyrics and the generated subtitles. We use them only as needed to create, store and deliver your subtitles.
- You are responsible for any problems caused by content you upload that infringes someone else’s rights.
6. What you may not do
- Upload audio or lyrics you don’t have the rights to
- Disrupt the Service, access it in unusual ways, or send excessive requests
- Resell the Service’s output as-is, or resell the Service to others as an agent
- Upload unlawful content, including hateful or illegal material
7. Accuracy of results
We try hard to sync subtitles accurately, but some lines may be off depending on the recording or singing style. Please listen to lines marked “Check”. You are responsible for reviewing results before you use them.
8. Changes to or suspension of the Service
We may change or temporarily suspend the Service for improvements, maintenance, cost or similar reasons, and will give notice in advance where we can. Before introducing paid plans, we will announce prices and conditions in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses related to this free Service unless caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This includes losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or outages of third-party services (Google, hosting providers and others).
10. Changes to these terms
We will post notice of changes on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are less favourable to you).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
